CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We gladly accept exchanges and cancellations
Contact via email within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation of custom order within: 2 days of purchase

ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITH ALL TAGS STILL ATTACHED AND IN ORGINAL PACKAGING.

We do NOT accept returns.

But please contact if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We cannont accept exchanges for:

-Custom or personalized orders
-Items on sale

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
